It started from big phone with bunch of numbers on it to s device the size of box matches to it. The mobile phone industry has evolved to point where it can boost other industries like music and graphics. This is how realtones and mobile wallpapers became part of our lives. Mobile phones have become necessity like clothes and if you dont have cell phone that means you are living in the Stone Age. Mobile phone has proved its necessity and attractiveness and the mobile phone industry knows no boundaries with new mobile phone with better features coming each month. The size of mobile phone has decreased whereby its technical characteristics have increased. The cell phone has reached point where it can be said as small computer. The old fashioned music player has been replaced by realtones and pictures have been replaced by mobile wallpapers. realtone is piece of music reproduced in the same way as it would have been by mp3 few years ago. The realtone has evolved from mono ringtone. This type of ringtone represents lot of music notes played on only one channel. This is how the first cell phone rang. After that the sound was being played on two channels and four channels and thereafter sixteen. This way polyphonic ringtones became popular. A realtone could be piece of your favorite melody or the voice of someone you appreciate. It is not necessary that realtone is part of song but it could be full song if your mobile phone allows as such. Many mobile phones have lot of memory so that you can enjoy more than one realtones. realtone is basically song in mp3 format which you can use however you want. By Lance Winslow A franchisee of the franchise system must maintain their financial records, business records and reports in compliance with the confidential operations manual set forth by the franchisor. Each franchisor must make sure that the guidelines for the books, accounting system and business records are understandable and gone over in training. Additionally it would be recommended that such issues were addressed into franchising agreements prior to the commencement of the franchised outlet. In my franchising company I had inserted a clause to address this very issue. Below you will find the clause that I came up with that became part of every franchise agreement that our company signed; 3.17.1 Maintenance of Books; Reports Franchisee must maintain full and complete records of all business done and revenue Franchisee receives through the Franchised Business in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles employed in the Marketing Area or the United States and the standards and Confidential Operations Manual provided by Franchisor. These records will include, but are not limited to, order sheets, sales agreement forms, daily sales summaries, tax returns, financial statements, and invoices. Franchisee will date, file in consecutive order, retain for a period of five years, and make available to Franchisor for inspection and audit all of Franchisees records. Franchisee, if a natural person or persons, will submit to Franchisor a list of all owners of the Franchise Business and the respective interests held by each as of the end of each fiscal year. Franchisee, if a partnership, will submit to Franchisor a list of all partners and the respective interests in Franchisee held by each partner as of the end of each fiscal year. Franchisee, if a limited liability company, will submit to Franchisor a list of all members and the respective interests in Franchisee held by each member as of the end of each fiscal year. Franchisee, if a corporation, will submit to Franchisor a list of all shareholders and the respective interests in Franchisee held by each shareholder as of the end of each fiscal year (provided, however, if Franchisees shares are publicly traded, the list of shareholders required will include only those owning five percent or more of the shares outstanding). The required report will be submitted to Franchisor within ninety (90) calendar days after the end of Franchisors fiscal year. Franchisee will furnish Franchisor with unaudited financial statements for the Franchised Business within ninety (90) calendar days of the end of each calendar year signed by the Franchisee, if the Franchisee is an individual, or the majority partner, shareholder or member of the Franchisee if the Franchisee is a partnership, corporation or limited liability company, which shall include an income statement and balance sheet. If Franchisee is a division of a corporation, then the financial statements need only relate to the operations of such division. These statements must be prepared following generally accepted accounting principles. — — — — — — — Since this issue is so vitally important to the franchised business model to maintain consistency in control of the franchise system, each franchisor would be well advised to contact the franchising attorney who specializes in franchise systems. Then they might discuss their strategy to make sure that each franchisee is in compliance with such standards in the confidential operations manual. By Craig Ballantyne You need to have a professional weight loss program designed for you if you want to lose weight and burn fat in minimum time. Otherwise, your weight loss workouts will take too long, and you won’t get the results you want. Tip - When designing your program for maximal results, make sure you plan your exercises in the optimal order. Now that’s a vague tip, isn’t it? Just what do I mean by the optimal order? Well, ignoring the warm-up for a second, here’s how your training program should be set up in order to have your exercises in the optimal order: 1. Your bodyweight warmup comes first. This prepares you for the rest of the workout, but doesn’t waste your time like a 5-minute walk on the treadmill would waste your time. 2. Strength exercises come next (i.e. Your main exercise/superset of the workout - This exercise/superset should be performed with heavy weights and low reps - 3 sets of 6 at the most). 3. Repetition exercises follow (i.e. moderate reps - 4 sets of 8-12, generally used to increase the volume of training in order to cause muscle growth). 4. Endurance exercises are used to finish your strength portion (i.e. high-rep pushups/squats/chin-ups to failure; also, intervals). 5. Intervals complete your fat burning workout. So why did I describe the reader’s workouts as backwards? Well, let’s take a look at the two biggest mistakes in those workouts: A) Putting endurance work first. Doing too many pushups (endurance exercise) at the start of the workout before the strength exercise is a bad idea. When you do endurance work before heavy lifting, your strength will suffer. There’s no question your workout intensity will suffer if you do this. So the take-home message: Make sure you don’t fatigue yourself in your warm-up or put a high-rep exercise prior to a heavy strength exercise. B) Putting strength lifts at the end of the workout. Strength should not be put in the second or third superset of the workout. These lifts should be done at the start of your workout (after the correct warm-up), yet I see these being done 20-30 minutes into people’s workouts all the time. Remember:If you want to move fast or train with a high-intensity, you have to be fresh, not fatigued. Following the optimal exercise order will help you do more quality work in each training session…therefore allowing you to get stronger, burn more calories, gain more muscle, and/or lose more fat. Whatever your training goal, it will be made easier by doing things in the right order. So the best weight loss, fat burning, muscle building program would go like this: a) A sufficient, but not overbearing total body warm-up b) Supersets starting with the hardest bodyweight exercises first, ones that can only be done for a few reps (unless you are a bodyweight training animal) c) A gradual decrease in exercise intensity with each subsequent superset, and a simultaneous increase in reps. d) Endurance circuits to complete the workout. e) Intervals if needed. Train smart, train hard, train safe, and you’ll get results. By David Gass Many small businesses cannot afford the funds needed for marketing their products and services. This, however, does not mean that you should not try marketing your products at all. This article discusses some of the techniques of marketing your products for little or no money. Online Articles: Write articles for online websites about your products or services. If you have a business of selling wooden display cases, then write a series of informative articles on wooden display cases and post them online. This increases your visibility online, which translates into higher sales. Press Releases: Create detailed press releases that highlight your business in the best possible light. While writing press releases, use the standard format. Put your name, name of the company, website URL, and contact details on the press release statement. Keep in mind the target audience when drawing up the press statement. You should also have a catchy title and supporting research data on the press release. You can forward the press release to local radio and TV stations, newspapers, and magazines, many of which will run a story about you free. Seminars: Participate in seminars, where you will get the opportunity to present your products and demonstrate them in front of a live audience. You can even call a seminar of your own at some large firm that will only be too glad to have an expert in the field hold a seminar. This kind of convention is almost expense-free, and you get a lot of publicity for your business. You will also be recognized as an expert in the field, and that will be good for your business. People will come to you for advice, and that could translate into business deals. Community: Spread the message in your community. You can hand out flyers to people, network with others, and get other people interested in your products. You can hold small seminars at the local library. You can also deliver lectures and talks as invited guest speaker to schools and other establishments. Internet: The Internet is one of the most powerful and cheapest mediums of marketing. Apart from contributing articles related to your website, you can enroll in pay-per-click programs in which you get to put your ads on websites at almost no expense. The methods mentioned above are just a few ways to promote your business without incurring any expenses. Just because you cannot afford to spend huge amounts of money on promotion does not mean you cannot market your services. If you want to know more about how to advertise your products free, then you could consult a small business expert who will help you find the cheapest advertising vehicle. By Paul Guzman Fall Colors for Southern New Mexico, East Texas and most of the southwest. I have already seen Raywood ash trees begin to change slightly, getting ready to bring on it’s vivid purple/burgandy show. Certain crape myrtles are beginning to show signs of yellows and oranges in some of their leaves. Most aren’t aware that crapes too, give off a wonderful display of color, if properly fed during the summer months. Other trees to be on the look out for are Red Oaks, Sweet Gum ( yes, they do grow here too, we have one in our parking lot at Color Your World!), Chinese pistache, Modesto, Bonita, Berrinda ash, Gingko Biloba, Bradford pear, and Bald Cypress to name a few. Some other plants that have fall color are Nandina (there is an array of sizes, shape and leaf textures to choose from), sumac, euonymus alata (burning bush), Boston Ivy,and Virginia Creeper. Flowering plants that look especially beautiful during this time of year, though not necessarily “fall colors” are Mexican sage, lantana, garden mums, marigolds, cannas, salvia greggii (cherry sage), mexican primrose, mealycup sage, and roses, which seem to have more fragrance during this time of year, or maybe it is just my imagination. You decide for your self. Don’t forget there is a long list of grasses which now begin their contribution to fall interest. There is a pampas grass that does not get too large called ‘Ivory Feathers’ that is already showing off. Yakushima, maiden, miscanthus, fountain grass, purple fountain grass, and all various forms of these grasses are now making their debut. Muhlenbergia ‘Regal Mist’ the one with the “see thru” purplish flower head is just about to erupt it’s color all over town. This one looks striking when the sunlight shows through it. Last but certainly not least are pansies, snapdragon, dianthus, and stock. These will give you color even when it snows. Pansies in particular can take brief periods of below 10 degrees f. and still give off color when temperatures climb back up. If you plant pansies now you should still have color up until next may! Amazing huh! One thing I have noticed over the years is that pansies planted in the ground typically do better than the ones in pots. If you have them it pots it is best to give the some protection against the extreme cold to avoid winter damage. Also when planting pansies it is best to use a good potting mix that is porous and lightweight. We carry a soil from fertilome called Ultimate Mix which works perfectly. Everything mentioned above can be planted right now. So get out and enjoy what is probably the best time to be outdoors. Fall! By Sarah Freeland Children’s feet tend to grow very quickly, so kids shoes generally have to be replaced much more quickly then adult’s shoes. It is important to make sure that your child’s shoes fit properly. Ill fitting or tight shoes can cause problems for kid’s sensitive feet. Kids shoes should be chosen for both style and comfort. It is important to choose shoes with good arch support as this will help your child to maintain a healthy posture. Additionally, shoes should be made of durable material to resist wear and tear. When looking at kids shoes one should consider the type of closure, be it Velcro, snaps or ties. Smaller children will be able to dress themselves more easily if Velcro or other non-lace options are available. Velcro provides a good option because it allows children to get into and out of shoes more easily. When the weather gets hot kids sandals are a great option. Kids can stay cooler with sandals then they can with other shoes. Kids sandals are perfect for the pool or beach. Many sandals are made of water resistant materials and this makes cleaning and caring for sandals a breeze. Many local and online retailers have a wide range of kids shoes to choose from. You can find different colors and patterns that will please any boy or girl. Kids shoes that feature cartoon characters, lights and charms are also available. By Don Diebel This week I want to talk about table manners. You may not think table manners are important on a date, but I can assure you that good table manners are very important to your date. When you’re on a dinner date at a restaurant, women will take notice of your table manners or lack of proper dining etiquette. I’m not going to lecture you this week on every single aspect of good table manners. I’m just going to focus on what to do with your napkin. Follow these rules on what to do with your napkin to make a good impression on your date: 1. Here’s what to do with your napkin if you have to get up and leave your table during your meal: Place your napkin to the left of your plate or leave it on the bottom of your chair (make sure the soled areas are face down). 2. Most men wipe or scrub their mouths with their napkin while eating. This is not the proper way to do it. You should dab the napkin on your lips or corner of your mouth. 3. After both of your plates have been cleared from your table, lay your napkin in the center of the table for your waiter or waitress to pick up. 4. Whatever you do, never tuck your napkin into your collar or between the buttons on your shirt. This will really make you look like a fool. 5. Here’s the absolute worse thing you can do with your napkin. That’s blowing your nose into your napkin. This will really turn your date off and she may not want a second date with you because of this disgusting gesture. This article written by Don Diebel (Americas #1 Singles Expert). By Kathy Burns-Millyard Did you know that those lush, colorful blooms called chrysanthemums are rooted in beliefs of human immortality and perfection? Today the “mum” graces gardens, cut flower arrangements and even salads (yes mums taste great), but they were taken much more seriously after T’ao Yuan Ming started it all in China around 500 A.D. Over long periods of careful cross-pollination and selection, he developed stunning varieties of the flower and when he died, his birthplace was renamed Chuhsien. The City of Chrysanthemums. His efforts had produced a legacy that would bring pleasure to this world for centuries. When China imported the first chrysanthemums to Japan, the people there bestowed many honors upon them. The Japanese wrote legends. To sip dew from the petals meant long life. To eat the flower meant immortality. Philosophers said that the systematic opening of the “ray” flowers symbolized both the sun and the perfection of orderly life. By 800 A.D. the chrysanthemum had become so prestigious that only royal and noble families were permitted to cultivate it. Among the highest honors that could be bestowed in Japan was admittance to the Order of the Chrysanthemum… a reward granted to nobility for service to the Emperor. In great contrast to this, the “mum” didn’t make much of an impression when traders introduced it to Europe in the 1600s. But when in finally did catch on, it became one of the most popular blooms for both flower shops and gardens. Today the mum comes in dozens of varieties. Fuji mums project rays with curly ends. Spider mums have straight-ended rays. Starburst mums have forked ends, while spoon-ended mums have a loop at the end of their rays. China mums are called “standard” and “football” because of their large, round heads. Daisy-like mums are called pompons. And those forming tight little balls are called button pomps. Whether associated with spoons, forks or footballs, or with royalty or immortality, “mum” is the word for beautiful gardens and long-lasting floral arrangements. When you care for them as cut flowers, try to keep their ancient beauty away from such modern-day contraptions as air conditioning, TV sets and heaters. Don’t place them in drafts or direct sunlight. Do watch their water, and replace it when needed. This way, a bouquet of mums can make your day every day for at least a week, maybe two.
